The Inside~Out Approach to Building Up People®

The Higher Road Leaders consulting and equipping approach is different from most other learning specialists, who take an outside-in approach to performance improvement, talent management, and leadership development.  They use industry trends, models, and processes to manage information about staff from the outside-in.  This is a flawed model in my view, based on 3rd party reviews or perception of behavior; thus, there is no real performance data for leaders to know how to properly allocate their talent and people resources within their organizational model for maximized impact.

By contrast, the Higher Road Leaders Inside-Out Approach to Building Up People® uses an assessment-based means of discovery that helps executives and people understand their natural tendencies in teams and organizations while fusing personality gifts with spiritual gifts, so the talent can be allocated for maximum performance, impact, and meaningful service in a company, an organization, a team, a ministry, or even a family. 

The challenge for most people is that they don’t know their gifts, or they don’t know how to fuse their gifts, personality attributes, and life calling. Many people are told their gifts are not worth much.  For over 20 years, I have worked with emerging leaders helping them to assess their talents and strengths and then align them to work or service that complimented their natural talents, communication style, and thinking style.  For many of my clients in the corporate world, the private or public sector, this was their first exposure to information that validated what they knew about themselves all along.  Many experienced a sense of liberation and freedom to pursue the occupation or career path best suited to their strengths versus the path someone else had chosen for them…”
